Special Events

Mission Statement

The Special Events office is responsible for the coordination and permitting of over 60+ events annually within the City of DeLand.

These events include the Krewe of Amalee Mardi Gras on MainStreet Dog Parade, Firecracker Festival, Veterans Day Parade, Fall Festival of the Arts and the DeLand Christmas Parade. Be sure to check the City’s special event calendar and social media page to receive up to date event information.
