CITY OF DELAND SPECIAL MAGISTRATE HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a PUBLIC HEARING will be held in the City Commission Chambers, City Hall, 120 South Florida Avenue, Deland, Florida on February 27, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. for Building Condemnation Cases to be heard by the Special Magistrate.

Any person or persons interested or having objections thereto are invited to attend the Public Hearing and be heard on this matter.
